New Student Registration
Important - Please Read!
To Parents /Guardians Enrolling New Students:
Registration for Pittston Area School District will be in-person registration, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please present three (3) valid proofs of residency, child's birth certificate, and immunization records at the time of registration.
Pittston Area School District can process new student enrollments online using Skyward Family Access. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please select Temporary Account for New Student Enrollment. If you already have a Skyward Family Access account, please login to Skyward and click on New Student Enrollment.
Please be aware that enrollment is not complete and student may not begin school without the following items, which MUST be submitted or presented with this completed enrollment packet (Spanish):
Withdrawal grades or official transcripts from previous school(student will not receive a schedule until this is received)
Immunization records which have been reviewed and approved by the school nurse.
A copy of student’s IEP (gifted or special education)
Student’s birth certificate.
Three documents for proof of residence (examples below)
Deed to home
Agreement of sale
Lease containing your name and verified by building owner
Real estate tax receipt
Valid PA Department of Transportation license or identification with current address within the Pittston area School District
W-2 statement/IRS statement or tax return
Homeowner’s/tenant’s insurance statement
Copy of state/federal program enrollment
Voter registration card noting township or borough
Current utility bill (gas, electric, water, sewer or verification of service start date)
Check sub from employer showing wages, public assistance, or social security
Builders contract
Falsification of Any Information or Documents Required for This Verification May Result in Revocation of Registration for the Student.
