As partners in healthcare with Pittston Area School District, Lehigh Valley Health Network is offering complimentary PIAA sports physicals to the student-athletes at your school in grades 7-12. This is for athletes who will be participating in a WINTER sport for the upcoming school year 2025-2026. Physicals will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 4:30 pm-7:00 pm in the Cefalo Center.
* Every student would need a physical on file before playing. If you played a fall sport for Pittston Area School District you do not need a new physical for the winter sports season. You will just need to hand in the Recertification page found in the PIAA physical packet.
*It is recommended to have the PIAA sports physical packet completed before arriving to your appointment to speed up the process. Click here to access the Physical Form.
* If you are seeing your own Doctor for a physical please use the PIAA packet as there are other forms that need to be completed and handed in before playing your sport.
Instructions for scheduling your student athlete’s PIAA physical are as follows:

Please enter the student athletes' first and last names and an email address you can be contacted at in case of changes. Please remember to add what sport they will be playing.
Click “Sign up”. You should receive a confirmation email once registration is complete.
