We are excited to announce that the technology department will issue new Chromebooks to 9th grade students this school year. Chromebooks will be distributed during new student orientation on Thursday, August 21 from 9-11 AM.
Students MUST clean and turn in their current Chromebook and charger to receive a new Chromebook. Chromebooks should NOT have any stickers except the Pittston Area label. Each student must have completed the acceptable use policy (AUP). The AUP can be access and completed by clicking this link: https://5il.co/3akn9 . Blank copies will be available at orientation.

Student parking permit applications are now available in Skyward. If you plan to drive to school this year, log in with your student account and complete your application ASAP! Make sure to have your license, vehicle info, and insurance ready in order to complete the application.
Attention Class of 2026 and parents. The parent Volunteer Group is selling Senior Sunrise t-shirts. The cost of the shirt is $10 for students and $15 for parents. Any student who participated in the Gift Card Fundraiser will get $5 back. The Pittston Area Federation of Teacher (PAFT 1590) School Supply Drive. Students attending Pittston Area are welcome to pick up their back to school needs on Friday, August 15 from 12 PM - 2 PM at Sullivan Park.
The location of summer school registration has been changed to the high school lobby on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. If you received a letter to register for summer school, please note the location change.

Proceeding with extreme caution due to a small overnight fire, the Senior High School is closed today. No CTC today. Admin offices open at 10 AM. All others buildings are open regular hours.
All HS Seniors are required to return their Chromebooks prior to graduation.
Technology staff will be available in Auditorium on May 27-29 from 12:30 – 2:00 PM for chromebook collection.
